1. Q: Are your products vegan?


      A: Yes, all of our products are vegan.


2. Q: Are your products cruelty-free?


      A: We are 100% cruelty-free & never test any of our products on animals.


3. Q: How long are processing times?


      A: Current processing times are 1-5 business days. Not including weekends/holidays. 


4. Q. How long does shipping take?


      A. USPS First Class & Priority shipping typically take 1-3 business days but may be held by USPS longer during natural disasters or bad weather.


5. Q: Will I receive a tracking number?


      A: When your order ships you will get a notification via email with the tracking information.


6. Q: What does it mean if a product is on backorder?


      A: A product on backorder is not in stock and will not be shipped until product(s) is stocked.          


*Also, any other item(s) placed with backordered  item(s) will not ship until the backordered item(s) are back in stock*


* I am not satisfied with my order/I haven't received my package/A product arrived damaged*
